Edward Filliter (c1836-1911), borough surveyor of Leeds for thirty years

1865 Edward Filliter, Resident Engineer, Water Works, Leeds.[1]

1885 Henry Rofe went into partnership with Mr. Edward Filliter, and practised with him as a consulting engineer in Leeds and Westminster until 1887, when Mr. Filliter retired.
