1847 June 8th. Born in Wallasey the son of Thomas Clark and his wife Lucy

1874 Became a member of the Institution of Civil Engineers.

1882 Wrote to The Engineer about the works on Brighton Beach

1899 November 30th. Married (2) Virginia Ralli in London

1911 Living at 48 Kensington Palace Mansions, London: Edward Baudoin Ellice-Clark (age 63 born Wallesey), Retired Civil Engineer. With his wife Virginia Ellice-Clark (age 52 born Paddington) and his step-daughter Euphroysene Spartali (age 31 born St. Geo. Han. Sq., London).[2]
