Edmundson's Furnishing and Engineering Co., Ltd., of Capel Street, Dublin.

1830 Business commenced by Joshua Edmundson who dealt in iron-mongery, ran a brass foundry, and carried out tinplate working and japanning.

1844 After his in-law, John Richardson Wigham, joined the business, they also provided gas generation plants.
