of Park Royal Road, North Acton, London, maker of corrugated fibreboard packings of all kinds.

c1895 Business established making packing paper, greaseproof paper, festoons, etc.

1922 Private company incorporated

1935 Manufacturer of corrugated containers and "pul-through" boxes for transporting fragile articles. Converted into a public company. Issued preference shares to fund expansion[1]

1944 Demand for the company's products continued at a high level; acquired Andrew Ritchie and Son of Glasgow to help supply customers in the North of England and Scotland[2]

By 1955 had a number of subsidiaries[3]:

1956 Agreement to merge with Bowater Fibre Containers[4] forming Bowater-Eburite
