TO be SOLD by private Treaty, either together or separate, the whole ofthe above well-known and desirable PROPERTY; consisting of TWO BLAST FURNACES, double REFINERY, very extensive and complete FOUNDRY, with powerful Blast and Boring Mill Engines, very complete BORING MILL, with every requisite for boring Cylinders to ten feet diameter ; together with ranges (Smiths, Carpenters, and Fitting-up Shops, Residence for Manager, three Workmen's Cottages. Offices, &c.
The FURNACES are in a good state of repair, and may be put to work immediately.
The FOUNDRY, which is now at work, is replete with every convenience, and fully capable of getting up more than 100 Tons of Castings per week.
The COLLIERIES consist of the residue of the Mines of Heathen Coal, New Mine Coal, and New Mine Ironstone. The two measures of COAL are now being worked with considerable advantage.
The PLANT comprises two excellent Winding and Pumping Engines, with Lifts of twelve and eight-inch trees, three Winding Engines. Pit Frames. &c. &c
Also a FREEHOLD PROPERTY at near Bilston, together with the Steam Engine, Pit Shafts, Basin, &c. thereon, now let at the yearly rental of £96. 17s. 6d.
Also a Freehold WHARF, BASIN.and PREMISES, situate at Great Bridge, and producing a rental of £25 per year.
And also all that valuable ENGINE MANUFACTORY, STEAM ENGINE MACHINERY, and PREMISES, situate near to Great Bridge, and producing an annual rental of £50.
