  • 1892 Business taken over by his son E. Ernest Keighly.
  • 1900 Incorporated as a limited company.
  • 1914 Seed crushers and cattle feeding cakes and meal manufacturers. Specialities: compound cakes, the "Yorkshire" lamb and horse foods, the "Yorkshire" cow meal, calf meal and spice, the "Empress" cakes and calf meal, the 25% soya bean compound feeding cakes and meals, the "Dublewat" foods for beasts, sheep, pigs and horses.
