The company from Grenoble began in 1897 with the production of automobiles. The brand names were Ducroiset in France and Hercules for export to England.
The only model was a big, solid vehicle. It was equipped with a two-cylinder engine with 8 hp power, which was mounted in the front of the vehicle. The body shape Wagonette is handed down.
