1876 1,000 IHP Corliss twin cylinder compound engine for Bombay.[1].
1888 2500 IHP engine for a spinning mill in India. Two cylinders, 40" and 70" diameter, 6 ft stroke. 60 rpm. 30 ft dia crankshaft grooved for 38 ropes. Crankshaft made from Whitworth's fluid compressed steel.[2]
