'... the Partnership heretofore subsisting between John Dorlaston and James George Newey, who carried on the trade or business of Gunlock Maker, at Nos. 53, 54, 55, Bacarley-street, Summer-lane, in the borough of Birmingham, in the county of Warwick, under the name or style of Dorlaston and Co., was this day dissolved by mutual consent.
