Dickinson Robinson Group
1966 John Dickinson merged with E. S. and A. Robinson to form Dickinson Robinson Group Ltd (DRG), one of the largest Stationery and Packaging companies in the world.
1974 DRG acquired Papeteries de La Couronne (Gouronne?), J. Arthur Dixon, and Green and Son of London[1]
1976 Acquired Royal Sovereign Group bringing stationery, office requisites, books, toys, toiletries and fancy goods into the group, in addition to the existing paper making, packaging, printing and stationery[2]
By 1979 had also acquired John Heath.
1989 Pembridge Investments acquired DRG[3]
1990 DRG Stationery was sold to Biber Holdings of Switzerland. Its name was changed to John Dickinson Stationery Limited.
1992 Bowater acquired DRG Packaging from Pembridge[4]
