1966 John Dickinson merged with E. S. and A. Robinson to form Dickinson Robinson Group Ltd (DRG), one of the largest Stationery and Packaging companies in the world.
1974 DRG acquired Papeteries de La Couronne (Gouronne?), J. Arthur Dixon, and Green and Son of London[1]
By 1979 had also acquired Royal Sovereign and John Heath.
1989 Pembridge Investments acquired DRG Packaging
1992 Bowater acquired DRG Packaging from Pembridge[2]
2008 John Dickinson and Co is now a subsidiary of D. S. Smith plc.
