ALL the valuable STOCK & MACHINERY, now in the Iron Foundry at Ouseburn, lately carried on by Messrs Crowther and Smith. The Stock comprises Two self-acting Lathes, Drilling, Planeing, Screwing, and Groove-cutting Machines, together with a quantity of Tools, and other Effects for Foundry Purposes.
The Foundry is now to be Let for a Term of Years, and the Models, Patterns, Boring Mills, Steam Engines, and other fixed Machinery, to be taken by the Tenant at a Valuation.
The Premises and Stock can be seen on Application to Mr Hugh Joyce, Ouseburn, and further Particulars may be obtained on Application to Messrs T. and W. They comprise Blacksmith's and Fitting-up Shops, Pattern Lofts, and other Workshops, Engine House, Cupolas, Moulding House Stoves, Counting House, and other suitable Offices. These Premises, from the contiguity to the Town of Newcastle, and possessing all the essential Requisites for 2 Foundry, and for carrying on an extensive Business in all the various Branches of Engineering, which have been for a Number of Years so successfully prosecuted the late Firm of Messrs.
