1960 'Costain and Press Joint Venture. Richard Costain and William Press and Son announce that they have formed two companies, Contain and Press (Overseas Services) and Contain and Press (Overseas). The new companies are to undertake constructional projects in all parts of the world in which the civil engineering and building experience of Richard Costain can be allied to the mechanical engineering and pipeline construction experience of William Press.'[1]
