Company established by Thomas Cooper who was previously the MD of the Farmers Foundry Co

1894 June. Royal Agricultural Society's Show. Steam digger [1]

1900 June. Royal Agricultural Show at York. Won the digger trials against Darby Land Digger Syndicate [2]

1904 W. M. Pryor became joint-MD

1909 November. Details of the Cooper Two-stroke engine.[3]

1909-1910 Produced the 'Cooper' automobile. Six made. One exists.
