1962 Clifford Motor Components and Deritend Stamping Co jointly formed the company to develop the cold flow method of steel[1]

1966 Moved to Merthyr Tydfil which may have contributed to the continuing losses in the business[2]

1968 Deritend acquired the "outside interests" in the company[3]

1970 This small company was still making losses[4] and was closed[5]
