Victoria Harbour, Greenock PA15 1HW

1913 The business was established by the Munro family to provide a round the clock ship to shore service for shipping and shipbuilding companies visiting the river for ship trials. The world wars caused great demand given the many vessels anchored offshore.

1959 The business was incorporated as a private company, the Clyde Marine Motoring Company Limited.

2002 The company changed its name to Clyde Marine Services Limited. It currently (2021) offers a range of services including mooring, boarding and towing, using a fleet of tugs, launches and passenger tenders.
