1930 Name changed to Clifford Motor Components

1939 New subsidiary established - Clifford Aero and Auto Ltd - to take over and operate part of the works acquired from New Imperial Motors in Hall Green, Birmingham[1]

1961 Engineers and manufacturers of rotary cultivators and ancillary equipment, hand and power pumps, electric washing machines and fork lift trucks.
