1813 September 1st. Born at Bristol the son of Walter Williams, a Coachmaker, and his wife Ann
1837 Married at Bath to Charlotte Ann Reilly
1848 of the London and Bristol Railway Works, Gosnell Street, London.[1]
1850 Became member of ICE
1851 First-class railway carriage in Teak with convenient balanced windows
1851 Sale. 'without reserve, by direction of Mr. Charles Cave Williams, 22 Wharf-road. City Basin, on the completion of his Contract with the Great Northern Railway'[2]

1873 November 22nd. Died at Middlesex, Ontario, Canada, a Railway Contractor.
