Charles Albert of Paris was a constructor of textile machinery, steam engines, pumps, etc.

He collaborated with Humphrey Edwards.

A scale model of a Mule jenny is on display at the Musée des arts et métiers (métier à filer automatique mule-jenny pour le coton, Inv. No. 00184). It was presented to the museum by Charles Albert c.1811. More information [1].
