1863 Dissolution of the Partnership between Thomas Chadwick and William Jones, at Ashton-under Lyne, as Machinists and Tool Makers and Manufacturers of Sewing Machines, under the style or firm of Chadwick and Jones. All debts due to and owing by the late concern will be received and paid by the said William Jones who will continue to carry on the business on his own account.
