Subsidiary of Siemens Brothers and Co

c1919 Siemens Brothers Dynamo Works sold the Stafford Dynamo works to English Electric Co; electric lamp manufacture was transferred to Siemens Brothers and Co.

1919 Retained the lamp manufacturing activity when the parent company put other activities into joint ventures.

c.1923 The remainder of the Dynamo Works business was renamed Caxton Electric Developments Ltd and was extended in other directions. The capital continued to be held by Siemens Brothers and Co[1]
