1929 Carrier-Ross Engineering Co was incorporated in Britain. Presumably this was the British subsidiary of Carrier-Ross Engineering Corporation of USA, a venture between Carrier Corporation and Ross Industries Corporation, involved in heating and air conditioning equipment[1]


1970 G. N. Haden and Sons acquired Carrier Engineering Co

1971 Group name changed to Haden Carrier[2]

Became part of Haden Group

1985 Haden Carrier-Ross Ltd changed its name to Carrier Ross Engineering Ltd[3]

1985 Carrier Ross Engineering Co acquired fellow subsidiary Haden Air Conditioning Ltd (formerly Carrier Air Conditioning Ltd)

1989 Name changed to Mainjust Ltd
