1933 Eagle Oil and Shipping Co was the principal subsidiary of the Canadian Eagle Oil Co Ltd[1].

1959 Shell acquired the Canadian Eagle Oil Co, one of the largest take-over bids in the UK up to that time[2]; the Eagle livery disappeared.
