1896 The Caledonian Motor Car and Cycle Company Limited was incorporated, with capital of £6,000, to carry on the business of cycle manufacturers, motor car and motor cycle builders.[1]

1899-1906 Made automobiles with Bouton of Daimler engines

1908 Agents for Standard and Peugeot

1908 A decision was taken to reconstruct the business by liquidating the existing company and creating a new, successor company, which was the Caledonian Motor Co.[2]
