1959 Crabtree Electrical Industries acquired C. M. Churchouse and its subsidiary Robbins and Bradley of Birmingham[1]

1961 Factory moved from London to Brownhills (near Walsall), location of much of the parent company's facilities[2]

1978 Maker of emergency and amenity luminaires. Acquired by Crompton Parkinson as part of Hawker Siddeley's expansion of its lighting business.[3]
