C J R Fyson & Son, Soham, Cambridgeshire

1848 Advertisement for Richard Fyson, Millwright &c. Windmills built. Address: Mount Works,.

1894 - 1924 Built 17 Fyson traction engines at the works in Paddock Street.

1916 Producing elevators for threshing work.

A windmill stood in their yard for 100 years, serving as an advertisement, and for a period it supplied power for the workshop.

1980s: Producing fixed and mobile elevators.

1991 Works closed and subsequently demolished.
