1868 12th September. The partnership between St. Clare John Byrne, James Humphrys (of Hull) and Frank Henry Pearson at Kingston-Upon-Hull, known as Byrne, Humphrys and Co was dissolved. It was continued as Humphrys and Pearson. [1]
