1877 Advert: 'ON SALE, a pair of 14-in. cylinder horizontal high pressure STEAM ENGINES, 2ft. 4in. stroke, flywhee9 l feet diameter 14 ins. broad, on face turned up true for a belt. These engines are of Buck and Watkin’s make, and are in first-class working condition ; the owner’s only reason for taking them out is to replace them by a much larger pair of the same make ; can seen at work at the Sun Works, Winding road, Halifax.—Apply Buck and Watkln.
