1947 Rothermel Corporation had equipped a factory to make vacuuum flasks which would be operated as British Vacuum Flask Co Ltd, a subsidiary established by Hassid, Austin and Co[1]

1953 Moved to Huyton; Rothermel Corporation bought out the 20 percent minority interest[2]

1954 Subsidiary of Rothermel Corporation[3]
