1921 Private company incorporated; the company shared Bryan Donkin's premises; Donkins made parts for British Furnaces who supplied a variety of industries.

1939 See Aircraft Industry Suppliers

1949 Bryan Donkin Co owned a majority of shares in the company[1]; Donkin became part of B. H. D. Engineers.

Hanson Trust acquired B. H. D. Engineers

1978 Acquired by Wellman Engineering[2].
