1874 Partnership changed. '... the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned, John Frederick Brinjes and John Henry Brinjes, as Engineers, Millwrights, and Iron Founders, at No. 25, Fieldgate-street, and No. 5, New-street, Whitechapel, in the county of Middlesex, under the style or firm of Brinjes Brothers was on the 1st day of September, 1874, dissolved by mutual consent and that all debts due to and by the said concern or partnership will be received and paid by us the undersigned, John Henry Brinjes and Paul Thomas Goodwin, by whom the business will in future be carried on, under the style or firm of Brinjes and Goodwin...'[1]
