1825 Advert: 'STEAM ENGINE FOR SALE, Now at work at the Printworks of THOMAS GRIMSHAW & SONS, White-House, 3 Miles from Belfast.
A PATENT ROTARY STEAM ENGINE made by Messrs. Boyd, Rider, &, Co. and warranted by them to be equal in power and to perform its work as well as one of Bolton & Watts Engines of Twelve Horse. This Engine has been only a short time at work, and is nearly as good as new.
For a character of the Engine, its capability and advantages, those who may be inclined to purchase, are referred to Messrs. Boyd, Rider, & Co. the Patentees and Makers.
