1909 Partnership change. '...the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned, Thomas William Bowen, Frank Leigh Ehrke, and Cecil Harold Moffatt, carrying on business as Automobile Engineers, at Shaw-street, Worcester, and Commercial-road, Hereford, under the style or firm of BOWEN AND COMPANY, has been dissolved by mutual consent so far as regards the said Cecil Harold Moffatt, as and from the eleventh day of August, 1909. All debts due to and owing by the said late firm will be received and paid by the said Thomas William Bowen and Frank Leigh Ehrke, by whom the business will in future be carried on...'[1]
