1847 Death of Mr. Walton Turner; his son, Edward Rush Turner, became a partner; the firm became Edward Turner, Rush and Co
1851 George Hurwood retired
Later Edward's brother, Frederick Turner, joined as a partner and the title of E. R. and F. Turner was adopted
