1960 Absorbed into Hawker Siddeley as part of the rationalisation of British aircraft manufacturers
1961 Engaged in the manufacture of "N.A.39" strike aircraft for the Royal Navy; aircraft components and engines, including the "Palouste" "Turmo" "Cirrus" and "Bombadier" engines: houses, lawn mowers, agricultural equipment, industrial pumps, road rollers and electronic equipment.
1963 The Blackburn name was dropped completely.
