1880 Partnership change. '... the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned, Richard Hobbs Taunton and George Hayward, carrying on the business of Tube Manufacturers, under the style or names of Richd. H. Taunton and Hayward, at the Star Works, Heneage-street, Birmingham, in the county of Warwick, and the business of Boiler Makers, under the style or name of the Birmingham Patent Steam Boiler Company, at Heneage-street aforesaid, was this day disssolved by mutual consent. All debts due to and owing by the said late firm will he received and paid by the said Richard Hobbs Taunton, by whom both the said businesses will in future be carried on, under the same style or names as heretofore...'[1]
