1872 Partnereship change. '... the Partnership heretofore subsisting between the undersigned, Richard Hobbs Taunton, Henry Kesterton, and George Hayward, trading as Boiler Makers, under the style or firm of the Birmingham Patent Safe and Sure Sectional Wrought Iron Boiler Company, and also under the style or firm of the Patent Steam Boiler Company, at Birmingham, in the county of Warwick, was this day dissolved by mutual consent, so far as regards the said Henry Kesterton. All debts due to and owing by the said firms will be received and paid by the said Richard Hobbs Taunton and George Hayward, by whom the said business will in future be carried on, under both the said styles or firms...'[1]
