of Westminster, Engineers. 1924 Address was 30, Buckingham-gate, Victoria-street, Westminster, SW1. Sir Alexander Binnie and Deacon took into partnership Mr Harold John Frederick Gourley who had been intimately associated with the firm for many years.[1] becoming Binnie, Deacon and Gourley

Later the firm became Binnie and Partners

From the 1990s it has been part of the multi-national Black and Veatch consultancy.
