Bernard P. Blackburn (c1900-?) M.I. Loco.E.

Career: Enfield Grammar School; Friends School, Saffron Walden; Premium Apprentice, Great Northern Railway Coy., Doncaster, 1916 to 1921; Technical Training, Doncaster Technical College. Various Supervisory posts with the G.N., G.E. and G.C. Sections of L.N.E.R. at King's Cross, Stratford District, Liverpool and Stockport, with charge of the motive Power Section of the L.M. & S.R. at Liverpool and Stockport Sheds.

1939 Locomotive Depot Superintendent, London & North Eastern Railway Co., Locomotive Running Dept., Retford, Notts. Private address: "Bridgenook," 79, Ordsall Road, Retford, Notts. Age: 39.
