1900 Company formed that brought together two separate electrical engineering companies formed by Siegmund Bergmann. One of the 3 major electrical engineering companies in Germany.

Exhibited three turbine-generators at the 1910 Brussels Exhibition, rated at 85, 1500 & 6800 kW.[1]
