1912 Partnership dissolved. '...the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us, the undersigned, Bernard Joseph Cafferata and James Ogilvie Mackie, carrying on business as Motor and Cycle Dealers, at Trent Bridge, Nottingham, under the style or firm of "The BENTINCK MOTOR AND CYCLE COMPANY," has been dissolved by mutual I consent as from the twentieth day of August, 1912.
