1780 April 5th. Born at Oundle, Northamptonshire, the son of Benjamin Greene (1732-1782) and his wife Rebecca Ashton (1739-1830)

1805 October 5th. Married Catherine Smith (1783-1855)

1808 Birth of son Benjamin Buck Greene (1808-1902). Governor of the Bank of England

1810 Birth of son John Greene (1810-1867). Barrister

1815 August 17th. Birth of son Edward Greene. Became MP.

1851 Living at 45 Russell Square: Benjamin Greene (age 70 born Oundle), West India Planter. With his wife Catherine. Four servants.[1]

1855 Death of his wife Catherine

1860 November 26th. Died. Of Russell Square, London. Proved by Benjamin Buck Greene, John Greene and Edward Greene.
