1890 Business established as Robert Beldam Ltd

1914 Incorporated

1920 Robert Beldam Ltd was voluntarily liquidated and the assets transferred to a new company, Beldam Asbestos Co Ltd

1922 Ernest A. Beldam, M.I.Mar.E., and William R. Beldam were Joint Managing Directors; Cecil C. Barker was a Director; Fredk. G. Leahy, A.I.N.A. was General Manager and Secretary. Specialities: "Lascar" engine packings, "Kymbala" high-pressure jointing, "Allied" brand asbestos goods and mechanical rubber articles.
