1912 Made a light two-wheeled land scraping machine, used for forming streets, prior to surfacing as well as lawns and building sites.

1946 Emmanuel Kaye and John Sharp (of Shay Ltd and Lansing Bagnall) became sole agents for Baker electric fork-lift trucks, a relatively unknown type of vehicle in the UK.
