1950 Agreement with Leyland Motors that Auto Diesels would build generating sets using the Leyland high speed diesel engine under the Leyland-Auto Diesels brand name[2]
1953 With Crompton Parkinson produced mobile starting units for the Comet and Britannia aircraft used by BOAC[3]
1955 Agreement with Standard Motor Co to market their entire range of diesels for stationary uses[4]
1958 The agreement with Standard covered all piston engines for stationary uses worldwide, and for gas turbines in the UK[5]
1959 Acquired by Frederick Braby and Co[6]
1961 Manufacturers of generating and compressor sets, self-priming centrifugal pumps, internal combustion engines, gas turbines and aircraft starters. 200 employees. [7]
By 1961 was part of the Braby of Britain Group
1967 Supplied diesel starters for Concorde[8]
1968 Absorbed Norman Engineering Co into the Auto Diesels Braby Group
1970 Braby was acquired by the Economic Group
