'Arthur Davies and Company, Limited, was registered on October 12th with a capital of £15,000 in £5 shares to acquire, take over as a going concern, and carry on the business of wholesale grocers, and tea, coffee, provision, flour, fruit, corn, and hay merchants, now carried on under the style or firm of Arthur Davies and Co. at 12 and 14, Park-street, Llanelly, and to enter into an agreement with Arthur E. Davies.'[1]
