1963 Acquired Johnson Fireclay Ltd

1965 Public company

1966 Cope Allman sold Troman Brothers and Phillips and Rabone, makers of sanitary fittings in brass and plastic, to Armitage Ware[1]

1969 Armitage Ware Ltd merged with Shanks and Co to create Armitage Shanks.
