1916 Obituary [1]

ANCELO EMANUEL EDWARDS, born on the 5th April, 1848, died at Glasgow in April, 1916.

Trained under his father on the Bristol and Exeter Railway, he served first as a draughtsman with the Patent Shaft Company, Wednesbury, and from 1871 until his death he had charge of the drawing-offices of the Viaduct Works, Crumlin, the late Sir George Berkley, M. Inst. C.E., Messrs. Brassey and Company’s Birkenhead Works, Messrs. Westwood, Baillie and Company, and Messrs. P. and W. Maclellan, Limited, Glasgow.

He was elected an Associate Member on the 6th February, 1883.
