1901 September 17th. Born in Eastbourne (and baptised in Moulmein, Bengal, India) the son of Albert Francis Grosvenor Warrington (1874-1957), an officer in the Mercantile marine, and his wife Alice Bessie.
1911 Living at Javoy, Lumsden Avenue, Southampton: Alice Rossie Warrington (age 38 born Basingstoke). With her three children; Albert R. V. C. Warrington (age 9 born Eastbourne); Alice A. E. Warrington (age 7 born Buxted); and Audrey Joan Warrington (age 1 born Southampton).<ref>1911 Census</ref>

Albert Russell van Cortlandt Warrington (1901-1983), electrical engineer of the English Electric Co
