c1868 Born the son of George Wade, a Potter Thrower, and his wife Harriet

1871 Living at Market Street, Tunstall: George Wade, a Potter Thrower. With his wife Harriet Wade and their eight children including Albert Joseph Wade.[1]

1891 Living at 50 Morlands Road, Buslem: George Wade (age 65 born Burslem), a Potter's Manager. With his wife Harriet Wade (age 63 born Whiteheath, Salop) and their children William Wade (age 34 born Tunstall), an Earthenware Manufacturer and Employer; Albert J. Wade (age 25 born Tunstall, a Commercial Traveller; also two daughters and one grand-daughter. One visitor.
